Ethan Green
Senior Manager, Shared Value Opportunities and Policy

Ethan Green leads EveryoneOn's initiatives to demonstrate the economic and financial returns to closing the digital divide and manages our policy and advocacy efforts. Ethan joined EveryoneOn in 2016 as an Associate tasked with building knowledge management and impact assessment systems.

Ethan brings a strong passion for finding market and tech-based solutions to development problems. Prior to joining EveryoneOn, his development career ranged from HIV/AIDS in the United States to public health and organizational development with the U.S. Peace Corps in South Africa to youth workforce development in the Middle East and North Africa. During his Master's program, he conducted his capstone research on financial technology and impact investment in India post-demonetization.

He earned his B.A. in Religion from the University of Rochester and his M.A. from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) in International Relations and Economics. At SAIS, he focused his studies on International Development with a specialization in Social Entrepreneurship and Business. He speaks Spanish and some Hebrew and Arabic.
