Regional Director, Northern California
Rania Ahmed is EveryoneOn's Regional Manager, Northern California. She brings with her varied experience from the start up space in online marketplaces, customer experience strategy, and development work. Prior to joining EveryoneOn, Rania worked as a manager in the Chief of Staff office of PG&E, focusing on integrated planning on behalf of the 3,000 plus Customer Care team and before that, she spearheaded community engagement efforts as the Chief of Staff at Pejman Mar Ventures, a $40 million early venture fund. She also spent many years at the Robin Hood Foundation, a New York City-based nonprofit that combines investment principles and philanthropy to fight poverty. While there, she focused specifically on in-kind donor program engagement and young donor cultivation, where her most memorable experience was wrangling 15,000 turkeys on Thanksgiving to feed 128,000 homeless New Yorkers.
Outside of work, Rania is a non-discriminatory social activist and obsessed with connecting good hearts to do good for the world. A native of Sudan, she's passionate about the refugee conflict and co-producing a documentary series named She Is Syria to highlight the resilience of Syrian women caught in the conflict.
