With over seven years of experience as a digital inclusion practitioner, Paulina Chavez represents EveryoneOn in local advocacy coalitions such as the Los Angeles Digital Equity Action and is the liaison to key city and county entities leading digital equity efforts such as the City of LA Mayor’s Office and LA County Internal Services Department. 

Paulina helped to design EveryoneOn’s Capacity building Trainings for organizations and Digital Connections training for communities. She also has extensive experience partnering with school districts, housing agencies, nonprofits and more cross-sector stakeholders to develop digital equity strategies that increase adoption rates of high speed internet service in low-income areas.

In addition to her digital inclusion experience, Paulina has fifteen years of project and program management experience within the social sector. She volunteers for the Chicano Latino Youth Leadership Project (CLYLP), a statewide nonprofit preparing California’s Future Leaders of which she is an alumna, participating in the Statewide Leadership Conference in 2004. She currently serves CLYLP as Vice President, Alumni Relations and has previously supported as the Los Angeles Institute Coordinator and Secretary for the Board of Directors. She also has served as a Program, Events and Operations Consultant for nonprofits, Program Coordinator for a national youth leadership nonprofit, The Posse Foundation and mentor/student leader for Latinas Guiding Latinas de UCLA.

Born and raised in Bakersfield, CA to immigrant parents working as farmworkers, she went on to receive her B.A. in Sociology with a minor in Chicana/o Studies from the University of California, Los Angeles and is now based in Los Angeles, CA.
