With nearly two decades of private sector IT experience, and almost a decade of public sector experience, Bobby fully understands the benefits of public/private partnerships and how technology is key to the success of our community.

Bobby has deep experience in IT strategy, project management, change management, and data governance. Bobby’s experience in each of these disciplines is rooted in digital inclusion. Having played a key role in many Digital Inclusion initiatives at local and national levels, Bobby gained experience in digital literacy program design, broadband adoption, and digital inclusion advocacy.
