Jessica Scadron
Vice President, Strategic Communications

For over 15 years, Jessica has worked with leaders and organizations committed to advancing freedom and self-determination for all people. She specializes in strategic communications and organizational development, including branding, messaging, communications campaigns, content development, executive transitions, thought leadership and fostering communications culture within organizations.

Recently Jessica created communications and thought leadership strategies, and message platforms for both LIFT Communities to help families break the cycle of poverty, and for Digital NEST to spotlight Latino youth technology talent in overlooked rural communities. She led Coaching Corps’ strategic communications to pivot during COVID and provide much-needed resources to low-income communities. She also co-created a California-wide narrative and campaign plan to give dual-language learners and English Learners access to high-quality education.

Previously as a vice president at Fenton Communications, Jessica worked with Grameen America to build trust among the Latino community to use their microloan and health services, and co-created a communications framework for companies to address labor exploitation in their supply chains. Other clients have included Alluma, eBay, Girl Rising, HEAL Africa, Oikocredit, Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, Stonyfield Farm, The James Irvine Foundation, TrickleUp and Warner Bros. She is the founder of Social Harmony, an integrated communications firm helping nonprofits, foundations and for-profit cause teams make faster change.

When not pondering social injustice, Jessica attempts to fly fish, learn Spanish, and explores backcountry wilderness with her husband.
