Regional Director, Southern California
Paulina Chavez serves as EveryoneOn's Regional Director, Southern California, working with various stakeholders including school districts, government, housing agencies, nonprofits and more to increase adoption rates of high speed internet service in low-income areas in order to create social and economic opportunity.
She joined EveryoneOn in March 2016 with several years of project and program management experience within the social sector, with a focus on community outreach in the Los Angeles area. Previously, Paulina was with The Posse Foundation, a national nonprofit seeking to identify, recruit, and train high school students from under-served communities for full-tuition merit-based leadership scholarships. As a Program Coordinator in Los Angeles, she oversaw the execution of their programming in addition to refining their outreach through metrics and data analysis.
Outside of her work, Paulina volunteers with various organizations focused on higher education access for high school students and empowerment of women of color. Born and raised in Bakersfield, CA, Paulina moved to Los Angeles and received her B.A. in Sociology with a minor in Chicana/o Studies from the University of California, Los Angeles.
