Leia Ferrari Traner, Digital Skills Instructor
Leia Ferrari Traner is a thought leader in technology, talent development and DEIB (diversity, equity, inclusion & belonging), dedicated to unlocking human potential through transformative programming and the written word. Born and raised on the unceded lands of the Anishinaabe, Ho-Chunk, Menominee, Oneida and Mohican nations in Wisconsin, her career spans roles in marketing and tech across Chicago and San Francisco, followed by solo travel in Latin America. Leia returned to her home state in 2017 to work in tech and workforce development before founding her own practice in 2021. She is passionate about using technology as a force for economic equality and cultural transformation, grounded in her belief in empathy, equity and vulnerability. Identifying as Latina, white, cisgender and neurodivergent with invisible disabilities, Leia approaches her work with a deep commitment to inclusive and responsible innovation.
